Mystery plant found on San Souci

Whilst doing a  transfer from Ephelia Constance Hotel to the Dive Center we passed over San Souci mountain pass and found this amazing plant. I have never seen it  anywhere else in the 30 years I have lived in Seychelles .!
Iridescent green/ blue color

Amazingly held on one stock
