Heike and family go SCUBA Diving 8th September, 2016

Today we had a family do a TRY - A - DIVE . This Introduction to SCUBA  is a simple theory overview about the effects of pressure and what divers need to do to stay comfortable in water .
 Follow this with a practical session about equipment and a shallow water  ' splash' off the beach  to be comfortable with breathing using SCUBA and doing required underwater skills. Then its off by boat for a real boat dive in 6 to 10 meters of water over a coral reef.
